Nikki is a clinician and is the Clinical Lead for Digital Development at NHS England, where she works on complex large scale digital projects, based on the integration of new technology with existing systems in healthcare. Nikki focuses on developing a number of digital initiatives to help patients connect to care and where possible take a digital first approach. She is currently looking at how natural language processing can be effectively used in urgent and emergency care, and is leading on the NHS citizen-centric strategy.
