Ruth Anderson – Lead Technologist in Oxfordshire County Council’s Innovation CAV team where she has been working for the past 18 months. Previously she managed the Council’s Traffic Management & Control team in the Traffic Control Centre, keeping the highway network moving for 10 years. She has over 20 years’ experience in traffic engineering, traffic signal design and managing the highway network both in consultancy and local authorities.
