Chris has over 19 years of senior level experience in the prepaid telecom industry. He pioneered many of the technical, commercial and legal industry standards in Europe for prepaid products and has worked extensively with Government Regulators and Tax Authorities. Chris was founder and CEO of Unitel Communications in 1994, co-founder of ECCSA (European Calling Card Services Association) in 1999, Chairman from 2001 to 2005.

Chris is responsible for business compliance and corporate governance for the Lycamobile group.

Chris holds a masters degree in History and Economics from Oxford University.
