Sulabh is a Managing Director in Accenture’s UK/Ireland Finance Services practice.  He leads the payments and cards practice for the UK and Ireland banking market.  His area of expertise is management consulting and programme delivery in areas of payments and regulatory compliance.  In addition he has been advising banking clients on strategy and target operating models.

His experience encompasses several payments and regulatory programmes including payments transformation, transaction banking revenue enhancement and ring fencing, FATCA, PSR,  BCOB, SEPA, RDR, Sanctions, AML.  In addition, he has experience in post-merger integration, payments change delivery, wholesale bank target operating model, retail and corporate bank product strategy, credit card marketing strategy, innovation strategy, governance model options, sourcing strategy and payments operations and technology.
