Sandeep leads innovation and growth for the management consulting practice at Arcadis and since 2018 has the additional mandate to develop the ‘Cities’ business including the scale up of our smart cities offering. Both roles require working with senior leaders to transform their organisation in innovative ways bringing the best of the business, ecosystem partners and new technologies to address end-user issues. His expertise lies within innovation, design thinking, co-creation and commercialisation and he has worked on several initiatives with government, other public sector bodies and private sectors that play to the Arcadis vision for future cities… helping citizens live, work, thrive, learn and play.

A well-respected commentator on the topic of smart cities, Sandeep has presented and moderated at several industry events with a particular focus on ‘Humanising Cities’ and ‘Developing a citizen-centric approach’ to smart cities.  

Prior to Arcadis, Sandeep spent 5 years at EY providing strategic advice across the Real Estate, Utilities and Transport sectors.
